- Create scroll-stopping content (video series, founder clips, memes, interviews) to grow social following.
- Run hirify.global’s social presence across TikTok and Instagram.
- Shape the visual voice of a dating startup, from tone to timing.
- Collaborate directly with founders, designers, and engineers.
- Experiment and move fast, iterating on ideas without bureaucracy.
Requirements
- Be on the pulse of pop-culture and Gen-Z trends.
- Be an expert on TikTok and Instagram as a creator and observer of culture.
- Know how to film and ship high-production content quickly.
- Possess a strong sense of taste for premium, authentic, and human content.
- Love storytelling and building things from scratch.
- Have experience building social strategy for a consumer brand.
