What you will do

• Define architecture and standards for SAP solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions combining platform design and engineering with customer-facing delivery.
• Translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for development, testing, data, and support.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on SAP engineering (most leads have 6–10+ years).
• Strong ABAP and ABAP OO / modern ABAP skills.
• S/4HANA migration experience and solid SAP fundamentals including RAP and OData.
• Solid NetWeaver fundamentals: AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, performance tuning.
• SAP BTP familiarity with CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori expertise.
• Demonstrate strong ability to learn fast and dedication to craft.
