Location: Must be based in the United States. This position follows a hybrid work model requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformations.
• Manage large-scale implementation programs from discovery through hypercare, ensuring quality and budget alignment.
• Advise clients on industry best practices for professional services operations, including project accounting and resource management.
• Drive fit-to-standard workshops and the adoption of SAP best practices in cloud environments.
• Coordinate global onsite and offshore delivery teams across functional and technical domains.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating business requirements into strategic technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• 5+ years in SAP solution architecture or delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with Big 4 firms is required.
• Experience with AI is required.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Public Cloud deployments, and integration architecture.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA Cloud or Solution Architecture.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP BTP.
• Experience in globalization of SAP ERP platforms.
