What you will do

• Design and produce programming and high-signal in-person events for the fellowship.
• Build and nurture a strong community through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Develop lightweight operational systems for program organization and tracking.
• Create and implement a marketing plan to attract top early-career technical talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Speedrun and Talent for timeline and priority alignment.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or community-building roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable managing outreach through social media and digital channels.
• Analytical mindset, using data to inform strategy and measure success.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and early-stage tech companies.

• Technical background, experience working with engineers, or a strong interest in technical communities.
