What you will do

• Set and manage the Core Platform roadmap and priorities.
• Focus platform work on scale, security, reliability, and faster product delivery.
• Build and improve core capabilities including data foundations, identity & access (SSO/RBAC), APIs, and integration tools.
• Learn needs and pain points from product teams, implementation, and customers.
• Turn input into clear requirements, success measures, and rollout plans.
• Work closely with engineering from discovery through launch and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years in Product Management, owning complex areas end-to-end.
• Experience building and scaling core platform capabilities such as user management and access control (SSO, RBAC), data ingestion and streaming, platform APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and/or hybrid/on-prem deployments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work across engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work from Europe.
