What you will do

• Forge positive and effective relationships and maintain product alignment across the organization.
• Collaborate with the product team to establish, maintain, and regularly update a centralized source of documentation for the entire product lifecycle.
• Partner with product team and project leads to implement long-term franchise strategy, including forecasted products and post-launch content.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to maximize market impact for franchises.
• Be accountable to company leadership for delivering franchise strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Work closely with IP holders for greenlight and pre-production to ensure brand standards are set.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with previous experience in a video game production/product role.
• 5+ years of experience in video game development with titles across modern gaming platforms (PC, Xbox One, PS4, Switch).
• Experience managing small teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to estimate, propose, and validate business cases, budgets, P&L, and financial risks for video game development and publishing.
• Demonstrated success in communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, key external partners, and external press.
• Organized and focused individual with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done.
