Location: In-person/in-office only; remote positions are not available.

What you will do

  • Drive strategic vision for go-to-market campaigns, defining product positioning, target audience segmentation, and core messaging.
  • Develop long-term brand strategy and positioning for assigned game franchises.
  • Manage the marketing budget for assigned franchises, making decisions on spend allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead, collaborating with internal departments and external agencies.
  • Act as the senior-level contact and brand guardian for licensing partners and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff on campaign execution, budget tracking, and creative planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience bringing multiple successful product launches to market within the games, entertainment, or digital software industry, with 1+ years at a senior level.
  • Exceptional track record of developing and executing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns that drove significant sales and brand growth.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and demonstrate strong financial acumen in forecasting, spend optimization, and reporting ROI.
  • Expert-level understanding of the video game publishing and marketing content pipeline.
  • Outstanding strategic and analytical skills, coupled with superior written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience managing complex IP/licensing relationships.
