Location: 5 days/week @ NYC HQ

Salary: $200K–$325K

• Deeply understand the product and partner with teams to build truly value-additive AI automation.
• Judiciously determine which of the latest advancements in AI are worth applying.
• Build, deploy and evangelize AI primitives that will help teams move faster internally or bring 10x better experiences for users.

Requirements

• Familiarity with working on AI Agents and their applications.
• Interest in keeping up with the quickly moving landscape of AI and AI tooling.
• Product-minded engineer willing to touch any part of the tech stack.
• Experience in working with distributed systems.
• Willingness to deeply understand customers’ workflows.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI development techniques & frameworks (RAG, Prompt Engineering, LLMs).
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Typescript.
• Experience as an ex-founder or an early engineer at a startup.
