Senior Corporate Communications Lead (Automotive)

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden; hybrid remote and onsite work model

What you will do

• Lead financial communications, including quarterly and annual reports, commercial updates, and Nasdaq-related disclosures with Legal and Investor Relations.
• Direct crisis communications and support crisis management activities.
• Develop sustainability communications with Sustainability, Lifestyle PR, and Consumer PR teams.
• Create and execute corporate communication strategies that strengthen reputation and media positioning globally.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, media engagement, stakeholder positioning, and communication strategy.
• Monitor public perception, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment while building relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in PR and corporate communications, preferably in a global or multi-market organization.
• Proven experience leading financial, corporate, executive, or business communications.
• Strong crisis communications experience, including advising leaders during high-profile or sensitive situations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with publicly listed companies, particularly Nasdaq- or US-listed businesses.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to translate complex business topics into clear narratives.

Nice to have

• Swedish language skills.
• Background in or experience with Investor Relations.
