Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for strategic projects with an accent on defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Focus on leading project execution across all lifecycle phases, evaluating risks, and ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Location: Onsite in Montreal, Canada. Occasional travel to various hirify.global sites is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
• Lead project execution across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Evaluate project risks, manage project issues, develop mitigation plans, and identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global’s policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and present project status to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience managing increasingly complex projects, including at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across various organizational levels and support leadership teams.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.

Nice to have

• PMI certification (e.g., PMP).
