Location: Hybrid, based in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

  • Maintain service KPIs and oversee existing service contracts with assigned customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, major incidents, and provide help and advice on products/services.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and analyze data to determine service levels.
  • Develop feedback and complaint procedures, as well as customer service policies and standards.
  • Ensure effective information flow between internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Control and continuously improve operation management processes (Incidents, Requests, Changes, Problems, Releases, Service Level Control).

Requirements

  • University degree in Administrative, ADE, Economics, or similar careers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the payments industry.
  • English language minimum level B2 (C1 preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce application and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

Nice to have

  • Spanish or other European languages.
  • Project management experience.
