What you will do

• Take accountability for your team’s delivery, helping with estimation, prioritization, and blocker removal.
• Stay close to customers and feed insights back into the team, building relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Provide clear goals, promote agile and lean ways of working, and encourage continuous improvement.
• Lead your team as a people leader, running 1:1s, supporting career development, and managing performance.

Requirements

• You have been a software engineer and understand modern object-oriented development.
• Familiarity with .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, and product disciplines.
• Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring, observability, or performance tooling.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with database or IT security products.
