What you will do

• Synthesize partner, customer, and industry insights to identify high‑leverage ecosystem opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain high‑quality reference integrations, sample apps, CLIs, SDK extensions, workflows, and architectures demonstrating best practices for scale, security, and developer experience.
• Create and deliver enablement—including documentation, workshops, and hands-on labs for partner SEs, CEs, and field engineers.
• Act as the technical voice of partners inside hirify.global, surfacing integration friction, API constraints, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle with partners from design and prototype through hardening, security review, production rollout, and ongoing reliability/observability ensuring integrations meet hirify.global-quality bars and scale with developer demand.
• Collaborate across teams (Partner Management, Sales, and Marketing) to unblock technical issues in deals, validate joint value propositions, and support launches (blogs, webinars, talks, demos).

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in business development, partner management, strategy development, corporate development, go-to-market, partner marketing, or related experience.
• 7+ years experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, software engineering, or related technical/sales/industry experience.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, and generative AI practices, large language models (LLMs), or prompt engineering.
