What you will do

• Serve as hirify.global's technical research partner on customer engagements.
• Advise and prototype bespoke solutions for AI evaluation, data collection, and quality frameworks.
• Own methodology for projects from scoping through delivery.
• Surface patterns from customer work to influence platform roadmap priorities.
• Share learnings and contribute to hirify.global's research publications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML research, research engineering, or applied ML.
• Strong knowledge of LLM evaluation methodologies, data collection design, and human feedback approaches.
• Experience designing AI-assisted or model-in-the-loop workflows.
• Track record of executing research or applied AI/ML projects with clear outcomes.
• Ability to prototype solutions and build own tooling.
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in US, Canada, or Mexico (or able to work US timezone hours).

• Prior customer-facing or consulting experience.
