• Architect and deploy AI models that analyze how engineers work, surfacing insights into quality and collaboration.
• Define internal processes and standards that make building incremental features and models faster and more reliable.
• Partner with founders to rethink engineering output from first principles.
• Deliver "10x" intelligence features that make the lives of engineering leaders and their teams significantly easier.

Requirements

• Formidable Engineering Mindset and a relentless approach to problem-solving.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement as an engineer.
• Pragmatism to balance "extinguishing fires" with long-term building in a startup environment.
• Technical Proficiency: 1+ years of experience with Python and Go, comfortable shipping production-ready systems.
• High Empathy & Communication skills to clearly convey technical complexity to engineers and executives.
• Grit to tackle and push through difficult challenges.
• Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen or current Visa holder.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Previous deep thought or work regarding engineering productivity.
• Passable design sensibilities.
