Salary: Estimated annual salary of $194,000–$266,000 (for Bay Area based hires).

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and integrate new AI models with external partners.
• Create technical tutorials, blog posts, and documentation for AI offerings.
• Engage with developer communities, provide support, and gather feedback.
• Develop demos, sample applications, and reference implementations for hirify.global's AI infrastructure.
• Synthesize developer feedback to influence product roadmap and API design.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and events with technical talks.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Cog).
• Portfolio of technical writing demonstrating clear explanation of complex topics.
• Experience presenting technical content at conferences, meetups, or through video.
• Active participation and visibility in developer communities.
• Track record of working with external teams (open-source maintainers, research groups, partners).
• Ability to build end-to-end applications integrating models as developer examples.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global Workers or serverless/edge architectures.
• Full-stack experience (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with model fine-tuning or vector databases.
• Background in ML research or contributions to model development.
• Experience with image, video, or audio models.
