What you will do
- Define and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify and document process changes to de-risk workflows and improve transparency.
- Conduct fact-finding, market analysis, and competitive research using data and tools.
- Synthesize market learnings and analysis for a broad audience of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and design teams to understand cross-functional operational workflows.
- Inform early strategic choices within the organization and consider test risks and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years experience with a combination of strategy consulting, internal strategy, or graduate education.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Highly efficient in managing multiple concurrent diverse tasks and projects.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or other advanced degree in business, health administration, or public policy.
- Experience in or exposure to software development or digital product development.
- Experience in digital health and/or value-based care.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and analysis to support and champion a point of view.
