What you will do

  • Drive insight by architecting and maintaining product analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations using Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends and translate findings into strategic product recommendations.
  • Translate business requirements into precise analytics specifications ensuring data integrity across digital products.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, and other teams to integrate diverse data sources for a comprehensive client view.
  • Manage the data platform product backlog, incorporating emerging priorities and industry trends to foster innovation.
  • Optimize data systems and governance policies to advance data maturity and product performance.
  • Influence business decisions by clearly communicating complex data-driven insights to stakeholders including senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Albany, New York, United States (onsite)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing data focused on online and mobile customer experiences.
  • Expertise with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and tag implementation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python for managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience designing impactful data visualizations using Tableau or Qlik.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex metrics to executives and teams.
