Regional Acquisition & User Growth Specialist (Marketing): Driving regional acquisition and monetization initiatives with a strategic and analytical approach, documenting user journeys, and supporting regional campaigns and promotions. Focus on identifying strategic opportunities through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to increase paid subscription conversion and optimize marketing performance.

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Must be based in Argentina, Chile, or Mexico.

What you will do

  • Document user journeys for Eligibles, Members, Churned Subs, and Subscribers, working with the Global CRM team.
  • Manage and support global promotions and initiatives focused on acquisition and monetization.
  • Create, execute, and manage SS-Latam regional campaigns or initiatives, monitoring performance and optimizing strategies.
  • Act as the point of contact for SS-Latam initiatives with the global user growth team and regional stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify regional opportunities using product and marketing data.
  • Oversee, test, optimize, and scale Event Based Marketing (EBM) and ongoing flows for the SS region.

Requirements

  • Strategic and analytical mindset with understanding of acquisition, monetization, and digital marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with global and regional campaign management, experimentation, and CRO methodologies.
  • Proven success in managing and executing global and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in following and developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
