What you will do

• Drive and manage the full lifecycle of the Community Ambassador Program application and onboarding processes.
• Independently manage day-to-day operations, serving as the primary point of contact and synthesizing community feedback.
• Take ownership of daily operations and strategic alignment of all community programs, ensuring efficiency and connection to KPIs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and SOPs for community programs.
• Strategically source and curate high-quality user-generated content to support marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, representing the community program's perspective.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in community management, program management, or event planning, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Deep operational proficiency in Discord, CRMs, and Google Sheets.
• Expert-level knowledge of Pokémon, Pokémon GO, and adjacent gaming communities.
• Advanced ability to engage and manage diverse global audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience managing brand ambassadors or being one.
• Successfully launched, run, or moderated a Discord server with thousands of active participants.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
