What you will do

• Design and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
• Supervise international social media accounts and manage communication campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing Acquisition, CRM) on 360º campaigns.
• Build relationships with partners, customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and influencers.
• Set KPIs for strategy and monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
• Propose and manage the budget for social media activities.

Requirements

• Native level of proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish.
• Deep passion for Digital Marketing with a relevant degree or equivalent portfolio projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as an account manager, senior community manager, or digital strategist.
• Strong understanding of digital media trends and what makes content popular online.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Buenos Aires.
