What you will do

  • Manage a customer service team to ensure customer orientation and productivity.
  • Act as the main contact for work-related needs and resolve employee and account concerns.
  • Submit team performance reports and implement action plans to drive performance.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring for individual and team development.
  • Spearhead monthly retention and team-building activities.
  • Conduct interviews for potential new agents.

Requirements

  • Education or training in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical and customer service know-how on 1&1 and other internal operations/systems.
  • Experience with Customer Service and Technical Support.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Organized, driven and results-oriented.
