What you will do
- Manage a customer service team to ensure customer orientation and productivity.
- Act as the main contact for work-related needs and resolve employee and account concerns.
- Submit team performance reports and implement action plans to drive performance.
- Conduct coaching and mentoring for individual and team development.
- Spearhead monthly retention and team-building activities.
- Conduct interviews for potential new agents.
Requirements
- Education or training in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical and customer service know-how on 1&1 and other internal operations/systems.
- Experience with Customer Service and Technical Support.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Organized, driven and results-oriented.
