Revenue Intelligence Onboarding Coach (SaaS/Hospitality): Guides new hirify.global customers through the setup, configuration, and adoption of revenue generation tools with an accent on AI-powered forecasting, dynamic pricing, and targeted email marketing. Focus on interpreting AI-driven rate recommendations and analytics to encourage deep product adoption and loyalty, and building strong client relationships.

What you will do

  • Facilitate client onboarding, training, and configuration for the Revenue Management suite via video, phone, and email.
  • Guide customers through critical technical setups including pricing guardrails, room hierarchy, and rate mapping.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues related to revenue data and marketing tools across multiple channels.
  • Educate clients on interpreting AI-driven rate recommendations and analytics to encourage deep product adoption and loyalty.
  • Manage the onboarding process for both our proprietary Revenue Management System and our various RMS partners.
  • Record activities in Salesforce, gather feedback, and share insights with Product and Engineering for system improvements.

Requirements

  • Bring over 3 years of 5-star hospitality experience in key roles (Front Desk or Revenue Manager) within a leading hotel brand, or possess at least 3 years of relevant SaaS industry experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology (e.g., RMS, dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy).
  • Have a proven track record of working with or implementing Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and related hospitality technology.
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate complex, AI-driven concepts into clear, practical business terms for clients.
  • Deliver exceptional communication with empathy and a relentless focus on the customer experience.
  • Show proficiency with technical tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Booking.com Extranet, and CRM/Email marketing platforms.
