What you will do

• Drive product strategy and vision, leading the product lifecycle from insight to execution.
• Champion user-centric design by collaborating with UX/UI designers to define seamless customer journeys.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Leverage data-driven innovation, user research, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage agile execution from concept to launch.
• Engage stakeholders by developing compelling product roadmaps and representing the Product Team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven Product Management experience in an agile product development environment.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial services.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and negotiate across diverse stakeholders.
• Genuine passion for solving customer problems and delivering user-centric experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
