TL;DR

Technology Product Partnerships Manager (AI, SaaS): Accelerating the growth and impact of hirify.global’s app partner ecosystem with an accent on maximizing value of strategic product partnerships and driving app adoption and revenue. Focus on leading strategic co-marketing, GTM enablement, and cross-functional coordination to align partnership activities with company goals and AI-first vision.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required. Expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $162,000–$193,000 OTE for San Francisco Bay Area.

hirify.global is an AI Customer Service company helping businesses provide incredible customer experiences with its AI agent Fin and complete Customer Service Suite.

What you will do

  • Strategically manage a curated shortlist of hirify.global’s most impactful product partnerships.
  • Drive app adoption and revenue by owning success metrics for top-tier integrations, focusing on customer attach rates and sourced/assisted revenue.
  • Enhance hirify.global’s visibility and presence within partner marketplaces.
  • Lead strategic co-marketing events and partner-led go-to-market initiatives to generate pipeline and support enterprise deals.
  • Partner with Sales, Success, and Marketing to enable teams to sell the value of the ecosystem and unblock deals.
  • Serve as a key liaison across R&D and GTM teams to align partnership activities with broader company goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Partnerships, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep product understanding and comfort engaging in high-level technical discussions with R&D and engineering teams.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business value, with a proven track record of driving adoption and revenue through partnerships.
  • Proven success in partnership initiatives directly fueling top-of-funnel pipeline and sales success.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate value to disparate audiences.
  • Ambition and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced environment and bullish about the AI-first future of customer service.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with AI-focused products or LLM integrations.
  • A background in "Human-in-the-loop" systems or customer service tech stacks.
  • Strong public speaking or demo skills for partner events and webinars.
