What you will do

  • Own the full onboarding lifecycle for Multi-Channel Pro customers, from kickoff to activation and go-live.
  • Manage multiple onboarding engagements in parallel, each running 30–60 days.
  • Lead technical setup and configuration, including integrations with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and third-party tools.
  • Deliver structured onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and live training tailored to customer needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, providing hands-on guidance and support.
  • Gather feedback from onboarding engagements to inform product improvements and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer onboarding, implementation, solutions, or technical account role within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand integrations, APIs, data flows, and system configurations.
  • Comfort delivering live training sessions and explaining complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working US time zones and supporting customers globally.
