What you will do
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle for Multi-Channel Pro customers, from kickoff to activation and go-live.
- Manage multiple onboarding engagements in parallel, each running 30–60 days.
- Lead technical setup and configuration, including integrations with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and third-party tools.
- Deliver structured onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and live training tailored to customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, providing hands-on guidance and support.
- Gather feedback from onboarding engagements to inform product improvements and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer onboarding, implementation, solutions, or technical account role within B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand integrations, APIs, data flows, and system configurations.
- Comfort delivering live training sessions and explaining complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working US time zones and supporting customers globally.
