Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

• Research, design, and prototype cutting-edge generative AI solutions to enhance hirify.global's AI Detection and Response capabilities.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical security features, architecting and delivering scalable prototypes.
• Create, curate, and maintain high-quality datasets, establishing robust data collection and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct experiments to advance existing model capabilities and measure/report solution efficacy.
• Provide detailed design and architecture documents, effectively presenting problems and solutions to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined experience as an ML/AI researcher and practitioner.
• 3+ years building/prototyping Generative AI features, including training and fine-tuning AI/Deep learning models.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI model architectures and LLM concepts (e.g., RAG, Agentic AI).
• Expert-level knowledge of Python and frameworks like PyTorch.
• Ability to work at the code layers of models, with a deep understanding of CUDA and kernels.
• Experience in white paper publishing and speaking at conferences.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in security companies or working with security products.
• Deep understanding of the Security landscape, especially AI Security.
• AWS experience.
