What you will do

• Operate a cross-functional IT development unit (squad).
• Manage the full development cycle, including production releases and deadlines.
• Maintain business requirements and value for tasks delivered by the unit.
• Manage priorities and backlog, working with business/product/analysts on new tasks.
• Organize efficient work using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure effective internal and external communications for the unit.

Requirements

• Work experience of at least 3 years as a Project Manager / Team Lead / System Analyst / Delivery Manager in a high-pace IT development team.
• Experience working in fintech or core functionality teams.
• Strong knowledge of today’s development process and stages, and skilled in Agile methodology.
• Technical background, analytical skills, and system thinking.
• Experience working with remote teams and high-load systems.
• Confident spoken and written English (B2 or higher) and Russian.
