What you will do

• Develop a granular understanding of the ECP North Star design and its interconnected components.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate strategic intent into practical requirements.
• Gather and incorporate feedback to assess and adapt the North Star design, identifying constraints and opportunities.
• Ensure individual products interlink effectively, maintaining coherence across journeys, data, capabilities, and controls.
• Champion an ecosystem mindset for coordinated economic crime prevention capabilities.
• Interpret and apply policy to achieve defined outcomes, advising the wider organisation where needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Economic Crime Prevention, including Fraud, AML, Sanctions, and Anti‑Bribery.
• Strategic attitude with the ability to define and champion a clear product vision aligned to ECP goals.
• Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, prioritising features, and driving measurable outcomes.
• Confidence working across functions with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Specialists, and other Product Managers.
• Comfortable working with data, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern tooling used in economic crime prevention.
• Solid Agile delivery experience, including backlog shaping, planning, and working within governance frameworks.
