What you will do

• Take on fullstack Machine Learning assignments, from GenAI to developing and training models in production.
• Build cloud platforms where ML models can run.
• Work on assignments typically lasting 6–24 months across various industries.
• Dive into complex systems, ramp up quickly, and deliver significant impact.
• Influence product direction and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• About 4+ years of experience delivering results in Machine Learning.
• Proven track record of building and training ML models in production.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with data tools (e.g., Spark, Dask, PySpark, Apache Beam).
• Expertise in Python and modern ML/AI libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI).
• Strong understanding of ML infrastructure: deployment, monitoring, debugging, optimization.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
• Must be based in Sweden with a Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, temporary or permanent residency.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
