Location: Hybrid in London, UK (40% office-based)

What you will do

  • Build, shape, and implement the data strategy across hirify.global EMAP.
  • Understand current data sets, capabilities, and measure their effectiveness and ROI across 20+ diverse markets.
  • Define a clear, forward-looking data strategy that aligns with hirify.global's global vision and regional market dynamics.
  • Support product strategy for Decisioning, Identity & Fraud, and Analytics software.
  • Navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance in data governance and privacy.
  • Lead data projects virtually across diverse geographies, requiring 10% international travel.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in data strategy or data management, including building and executing strategies across global regions.
  • Experience in management consulting or running strategic data/analytics consulting projects.
  • Deep understanding of data businesses, including measuring data scale, quality, and economics.
  • Experience working in financial services or with credit risk solution providers.
  • Proven ability to influence Executive leaders and partner across diverse geographies.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets and cultures.
  • English: B2 required.
