Location: London, UK, with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day home office / week)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product strategy for the Client Portfolio Management (CPM) AI Copilot.
  • Collaborate with data science to integrate churn prediction and client health scoring into the Copilot.
  • Design features for upsell and cross-sell intelligence based on client portfolios.
  • Build tools for automated relationship management, including drafting personalized reports.
  • Gather feedback from Client Portfolio Management teams and translate needs into technical requirements.
  • Support client forecasting and account planning for portfolios of approximately 85 clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Management, specifically focusing on Customer Success, Account Management tools, or Fintech retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and RAG.
  • Experience with CRM data (Salesforce) and data lakes.

Nice to have

  • Preferred experience within an AI-first startup or a high-growth environment where AI-driven products have been built and scaled.
