What you will do

• Lead a team to deliver secure, scalable software and infrastructure, owning outcomes and guiding through ambiguity.
• Coach the team on strong technical practices, quality, reliability, and maintainability, remaining hands-on where it matters.
• Guide the team to apply customer focus in design, delivery, and support, responding quickly to operational issues.
• Drive team delivery that balances speed with safety, setting expectations for secure delivery and reliability.
• Empower the team to test and adopt better ways of working, fostering creative thinking and improvement.
• Communicate priorities, feedback, and delivery expectations to support trust and team clarity.

Requirements

• Expert Technologist (16+ Years) with excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS).
• Proven grasp of implementing object-oriented programming and familiar with various design patterns.
• Prior knowledge of databases and SQL, with an understanding of multithreading.
• Experience with API interfaces and an excellent understanding of security implications and secure coding.
• Proficient using source code management tools such as Github and experienced in a formal agile software development lifecycle.
