What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers.
• Maintain and operate team services, implementing development best practices.
• Foster cross-training and balance feature development with technical enhancements.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage career development plans for engineers.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to contribute to the product roadmap.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through retrospection.

Requirements

• Experience with .NET Technologies and frontend frameworks like React.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with microservices architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering practices.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Preferred minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing complex systems, preferably across full stack.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend services as well as distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
