What you will do

• Lead and develop a product-focused team of engineers, fostering a culture of user empathy, high-quality execution, and operational rigor.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and commercial teams to define the strategy and roadmap for the Revenue Recognition product.
• Drive the technical vision for building a highly reliable, scalable, and secure data synchronization service for thousands of customers.
• Lead, coach, retain, and recruit a high-performing team.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and translate their feedback into tangible product improvements and new features.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of hirify.global’s engineering management team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of engineering management experience and 8+ years of overall experience in the industry.
• A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing productive engineering teams that have shipped high-quality user facing products.
• A strong technical background and hands-on experience in solving large-scale and difficult technical problems, particularly with distributed systems.
• Experience working effectively cross-functionally with product management, design, and other stakeholders.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while operating with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
• Experience encouraging a healthy and inclusive work environment that is both challenging and supportive.

Nice to have

• Experience managing teams that built and operated customer-facing data products, ETL/ELT services, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with large-scale data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka).
• A strong product and design sense, with an enjoyment for finding elegant solutions to complex user problems.
• Experience working in high-growth teams similar to hirify.global.
