What you will do

  • Build and own the international commercial marketing strategy, prioritizing EMEA, GCC, and APAC markets.
  • Define and lead co-marketing strategies for Oura’s largest international B2B and consumer partners.
  • Partner with the Retail team to amplify international retail launches through strategic partnerships and co-marketing programs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing priorities across Brand, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Commercial teams.
  • Define and own international commercial marketing KPIs, measurement frameworks, and analyze performance to refine strategy.
  • Build scalable playbooks and best practices for repeatable international success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in international commercial marketing, partner marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing in a high-growth B2B, B2B2C, or consumer tech company.
  • Proven experience building and owning international marketing strategies across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics, particularly across EMEA, GCC, and APAC.
  • Experience in co-marketing with strategic partners and defining success metrics across global markets.
  • Ability to balance global strategy with regional realities and constraints.
  • Comfortable with international travel (25-30%) and working across global time zones.
