What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team of engineers across EMEA.
• Establish operating rhythms and best practices for the team to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Advise and partner with large enterprises to drive AI adoption and business transformation with hirify.global’s offerings.
• Create and implement customer success plans that outline goals, KPIs, and timelines.
• Monitor the industry landscape and contribute customer feedback to the product roadmap and corporate strategies.
• Travel approximately 15% of the time to build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with technical enterprise products.
• 3–5 years managing and leading teams across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience working with global enterprise customers and managing success programs as the key advisor.
• Highly skilled at building deep and broad relationships across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with executives.
• Ability to expertly communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
