What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, security, and audit standards.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM).
• Guide technical teams on scripting and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating requirements gathering.
• Drive UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution, ensuring documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules: SPM, ITSM, HRSD, IRM.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 and PMP certifications.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Consulting firm background.
• Experience in proposition building and delivery.
