Technical PM (ServiceNow): Delivering and managing end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring technical integrity, governance compliance, and alignment with client objectives. Accent on managing scope, timelines, budgets, and overseeing technical configurations. Focus on guiding multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating workshops for solution design, and driving quality assurance for operational readiness.
Location: Hybrid in the UK (London, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle). Must be flexible for assignments away from home at short notice.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, security, and audit standards.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM).
- Guide technical teams on scripting and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating requirements gathering.
- Drive UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution, ensuring documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules: SPM, ITSM, HRSD, IRM.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Nice to have
- PRINCE2 and PMP certifications.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
- Consulting firm background.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
