What you will do

• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories.
• Write detailed tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria and technical requirements.
• Define and document QA processes, develop test plans, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to estimate effort, plan sprints, clarify requirements, and remove blockers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and present product updates.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis.
• Experience writing product specifications and working with agile development teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with ticket creation, backlog management, and agile methodologies.
• Comfortable with data analysis and user research.

Nice to have

• Understanding of product analytics (e.g., funnel, retention, user flows).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master).
