Technical Product Manager (Finance)

Location: Remote (Worldwide) with relocation support to Colombia, Serbia, Cyprus, Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Manage the product’s technical backlog end-to-end.
• Lead time-constrained cross-product projects.
• Develop and maintain the project roadmap, considering resource and timeline constraints.
• Prioritize tasks in conditions of high uncertainty and limited resources.
• Implement and monitor product and project success metrics.
• Manage risks, timely identification, and mitigation of bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product/Project Management in IT.
• Experience with internal B2B products, complex operational or compliance-heavy processes and automation initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Project management experience with strict deadlines and high expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align expectations.
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking, and stress resistance.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
