Salary: The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $88,680 to $168,480 annually. Specific ranges apply to California ($97,560 to $202,200), New York City ($106,440 to $202,200), and Washington ($97,560 to $185,280).

What you will do

• Lead complex Epic application development, deployment, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers across diverse industries to tailor cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Assist customers in selecting and customizing packaged solutions.
• Drive application modernization to ensure future-proofed and optimized systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment, specifically with the Epic application skill set.
• 5+ years in application migration and modernization.
• 5+ years in application architecture, middleware, and data experience.
• Epic Grand Central Certification is required.
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and translate business needs into best-practice Epic workflows.

Nice to have

• Additional certification in Prelude and/or Orders.
• Experience with at least one past full Epic implementation.
• Experience with various specialty hospital ADT workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
