Salary: The typical base pay range for Product Management IC5 across the U.S. is USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (or USD $188,000 – $304,200 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area). For Product Management IC6, it's USD $163,000 – $296,400 per year (or USD $220,800 – $331,200 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do
- Drive the building of world-class AI applications that delight consumers and deliver business results.
- Own the development and optimization of personalization strategies for monetization.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements.
- Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, and measure success with data.
- Collaborate closely with Applied Science, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing/Sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience leading cross-functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
- 5+ years experience delivering products that include full Search and/or Advertising technology stack.
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
- 7+ years of experience building Ads products.
- 5+ years of experience in monetization products and B2B.
