What you will do

• Fully own Live Operations for assigned games, ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
• Design and evolve scalable LiveOps, monetization, and engagement systems.
• Drive High-Scale Performance Targets and take full ownership of the strategic roadmap.
• Monitor and optimize core funnel metrics to identify and resolve friction points in the player journey.
• Coordinate closely with LiveOps Specialists to manage the deployment and rollout of data-driven features and updates.
• Work closely with Producers, Designers, Data teams Marketing to ensure system coherence and execution quality.

Requirements

• Experience with Live Operations, performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
• Experience in designing and evolving scalable LiveOps, monetization, and engagement systems.
• Experience in driving High-Scale Performance Targets and taking full ownership of the strategic roadmap.
