What you will do

• Lead change management and communication strategy, planning, implementation, and tracking for ERP roadmap stages.
• Define human-centric, effective, and efficient change methods and tools for change management.
• Periodically review the effectiveness and efficiency of change management measures and take respective action, escalating to the SteerCo when necessary.
• Ensure a high-impact and human-centric change management strategy.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Management.
• Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, communication, HR, or process management.
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Transformative leadership capabilities with strong coaching and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in agile ways of working and adaptive approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication skills to craft compelling change narratives.
• Fluent in English (C1+).

• Proficiency in other languages.
