What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task ownership.
• Coordinate and lead all cutover activities, including mock runs, dress rehearsals, and final production cutover.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go decision checkpoints and ensure all criteria are met for successful transitions.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve cutover issues, risks, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure robust communication and reporting throughout the cutover process, including post-cutover reviews.
• Oversee defect management, contingency planning, and provide hypercare support post go-live.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in ERP cutover management, preferably within SAP environments (e.g., S/4HANA, EWM).
• Proven track record in leading cutover activities for large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO), data migration, and system integration.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, make informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
