Candidates must not require a work visa now or in the future. While an ideal candidate would live within 25 miles of the Denver office, this is not a universal requirement.
Salary: $194,000–$220,000 base salary + annual company bonus + equity.

What you will do
- Lead the strategic development of features within the Manage product line, ensuring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Tackle complex challenges and develop strategies that span multiple product areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Leverage deep customer understanding to design and implement intuitive, reliable user experiences that deliver measurable value.
- Take ownership of the Manage product roadmap, partnering with the Head of Product to develop, refine, and clearly communicate strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance both business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a product evangelist, advocating for hirify.global's solutions and their value both internally and externally.
Requirements
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in advancing B2B enterprise products from '1 to 2' and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Proven experience leading and scaling strategic product initiatives, from concept development to pitching to senior leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive significant business impact.
- Extensive experience developing and managing API-first products, with a deep understanding of modern software architecture and integration.
- Deep familiarity with AWS or Salesforce, with experience leveraging these platforms to enhance product capabilities and customer value.
- Significant experience in a high-growth startup environment, navigating and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, Insuretech, or experience in other regulated industries, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring a work visa now or in the future.
- Must be based in one of the following US states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
