What you will do

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis (P&L, BS, CF) and detailed underwriting/credit assessments.
• Document merchant business models, sector dynamics, financial performance, credit risks, and mitigants.
• Present credit proposals to divisional and group risk committees.
• Perform annual/periodic credit reviews and recommend changes in limits and collateral.
• Collaborate closely with business development and support the merchant boarding process.
• Communicate effectively with merchants at CFO or treasurer level and review legal documents for compliance.

Requirements

• Around 4+ years of experience in financial analysis with corporate risk assessments.
• Substantial knowledge and deep understanding of financial statements, financial & cashflow analysis, and accounting principles.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability to support, guide, and help other team members.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in finance/accounting/business economics.
• Payment and FinTech industry knowledge.
