Join a fast-moving international #FinTech! We're looking for a Director to lead regulatory dialogue and local governance for a licensed payments company transitioning from a Small Payment Institution to a full licence, with real impact.

As Director, you will:
🔵 Act as primary contact with the KNF regulator
🔵 Prepare and submit regulatory reports and correspondence
🔵 Support the full licence application and documentation
🔵 Coordinate regulator requests, clarifications, and follow-ups
🔵 Monitor regulatory changes and keep audit-ready records

We're seeking someone eligible for a Director-level KNF role, with financial services/payments experience, strong compliance/regulatory communication skills, Polish fluency, and Upper-Intermediate+ English.

💶 Salary: €1,400–€1,700 gross/month
