Financial Accountant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Financial Accountant (Fintech): Performing accounting and financial reporting for individual entities according to IFRS and Polish GAAP, with an accent on revenue and cost review, reconciliations, and tax accounting. Focus on improving financial processes and management analysis within an international environment.

Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office required.

Salary: Minimum 10,000 PLN

What you will do

• Perform standard bookings and reviews including purchase orders, invoices, prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, cash, cost analysis, and balance sheet accounts.
• Enter company reconciliation and bookings, including cost allocation and inter-company transaction review.
• Prepare financial reporting in line with Group/Polish GAAP.
• Review and reconcile revenue and costs.
• Participate in improvement projects.
• Conduct management analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of financial processes.
• Proven experience in accounting and analysis.
• Very good Excel skills.
