Salary: £59,850 – £66,500

What you will do

• Understand and optimise end-to-end customer experience, ensuring customer needs are central to all journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Experience Design, and Engineering to accurately represent user experience and journey design.
• Integrate insights from disparate data, processes, and systems relevant to the customer journey.
• Lead on Customer Journey and process mapping.
• Continually evaluate journey effectiveness from both customer and business perspectives.

Requirements

• Experience mapping customer journeys and end-to-end design and optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog shaping and iterative delivery.
• Direct experience in delivering AI solutions or demonstrated ability to innovate and embrace emerging technologies.
